Your puppy will be checked by a licensed Veterinarian before shipping. A copy
of the vet check will be sent with the puppy. At the time of age, your puppy will
have had all required immunizations. We will provide a copy of the shot and de
worming record at the time of shipping. I guarantee my puppies to be in good
health and free from any defects to the best of my knowledge unless otherwise
stated in the contract. Validation of this guarantee requires examination of your
puppy by the vet of your choice and at the purchasers expense within 72 hours
of the delivery date. This veterinary examination is mandatory to confirm that
your puppy was not sick or injured at the time of delivery. I require a copy of your
puppy's initial health report signed and dated by your veterinarian and forwarded
to us within 7 business days of the vet check. The date of the Vet Check must
be within 72 hours of receiving the puppy/Dog or this contract is null. If this
requirement is not fulfilled within the specified time this guarantee is null and void.
We do not guarantee common problems that are
preventable/treatable/manageable by medication and /or surgery and are not
considered life threatening congenital defects. This includes but is not limited
to: Ears not standing, Hernias, Undescended Testicals, Underbite or
Overbite, Hearing or Vision problems, Luxating Patella, Limp, Hypoglycemia,
Diarrhea, Coccidia, Kennel Cough, Bronchitis, Collapsed Trachea, Giardia,
Parvo, Open Fontanel, Liver Shunt, Ear Mites, Worms, Fleas or Ticks. No
guarantee is made as to size, weight, disposition, conformation, color, hair
thickness, or breeding ability.
If the puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect that will not
allow the puppy to grow or age to normal life expectancy the buyer must obtain
and forward to the seller a written statement from a licensed veterinarian(on
office stationary, or have the official seal and signed by the veterinarian) stating
the health risks and including a description of the symptoms supporting his/her
opinion. I reserve the right to have this statement reviewed and verified by
another veterinarian .Upon confirmation of the puppy having a life threatening
congenital health defect, I require that the puppy along with all of his/her
papers be returned to us at the expense of the buyer, prior to exchange. I will
exchange the puppy with one of equal value when one is available. Any shipping
expense is the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer does not fulfil these
requirements within 10 days of offer of exchange, this guarantee is null and void. I
will be under no further obligation, financial or otherwise.
The Purchaser is responsible for any shipping fees and or crates needed to
deliver the puppy safely to the new home. Payment for puppy must be made in
full at least two weeks prior to shipping or pick up unless other arrangements
were made between the seller and buyer, (on paper only.) I must also receive this
contract back signed and dated two weeks prior to shipping or pick up. (If I do not
receive this contract I will not release the puppy! (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Any and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless other
arrangements are made between both the buyer and seller written on paper and
signed by both parties.
If some type of situation arises where the buyer is unable to keep the
commitment to purchasing the puppy, I am willing to discuss the problem and try
to work with the buyer the best to my ability. If other arrangements are to be
made, it will be in writing signed by both parties.
Only replacements will be made, NO CASH REFUNDS unless
arrangements were made between both the seller and buyer written on paper and
signed by both parties.
If payments are made by Credit/Debit cards, buyer agrees that under no
circumstances will payment be charged back to the credit/Debit card used. This
contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement,
promises, or inducements made by either party that is not contained in written
contract shall be not valid or binding. This contract may not be modified or
altered except in writing signed by both parties and endorsed herein. I/WE
understand that no verbal statements will be honored over this written/signed
contract. Should any contractual dispute occur, parties will select a non
interested third party to negotiate a settlement of issues. Any disputes arising
from or about this contract that cannot be settled out of court, the proper venue
for any court action will be in Stanislaus County, California. All court costs and
expenses are to be paid by the buyer. By purchasing your puppy(s) you the
buyer agree that you have read, understand, and accept the terms of this
contract.

The price to fly a puppy to any major city in the United States is currently
around $300.00 which should include the crate for shipping unless stated
otherwise.
